Pilot questions
How much does the pilot cost?
It is a fixed price, agreed before any work starts. The price depends on the workflow and the systems involved, and we send it in writing within 24 hours of the scoping call. You will not get a surprise invoice.
How long does it take?
Most pilots take two to four weeks from kickoff to handover. We agree the timeline in the written scope.
What if the pilot shows AI is not a good fit?
That is a useful result too. The evaluation report tells you why, using your own data, before you spend on a full build. You keep the code and the findings.
Do we have to continue with you after the pilot?
No. You own everything we build. If you continue, the production phase gets its own fixed quote; you can also take the code to your own team.
Is our data safe?
We sign an NDA before the scoping call if you like, work in your environment or a dedicated one, and can use anonymised sample data. We agree which AI models and providers may see the data before we start.
Which AI models do you use?
Whatever fits the task and your rules: GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama or Mistral, through a cloud provider you already use or self-hosted. We compare options on your data during the pilot.
