This policy explains what personal information CoreIntellia (“we”, “us”) collects through coreintellia.com, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website only; client projects are governed by the agreements we sign with each client.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name and the content of your message.
- Consultation bookings. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
- Blog reading statistics. When you read a blog article, your browser stores a random identifier in local storage so we can count unique readers per article. It is not linked to your name or email, and we record only the referring website's domain. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we don't count the visit.
- Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, the choice is saved in your browser.
We don't use advertising cookies and we don't sell personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement.
- To understand which articles are useful, so we can write better ones.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website: Vercel (hosting), MongoDB Atlas (database), Resend (email notifications) and Calendly (scheduling). They process data on our behalf and may store it in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Reading statistics are kept in aggregate form.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailinghello@coreintellia.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
