AI agent development

AI agents are software that can read a request, plan the steps, call your systems and finish the job. We build agents that handle real operational work: processing documents, answering customers, updating records and preparing decisions for a person to approve.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses a large language model to work toward a goal on its own. It reads a request, plans the steps, calls tools such as APIs, databases or email, checks the results and keeps going until the task is done, handing decisions back to a person where needed.

In August 2025, Gartner predicted that up to 40% of enterprise applications would include task-specific AI agents by the end of 2026, up from less than 5% in 2025. Source: Gartner, August 2025

Where it helps

Common uses for AI agents

Every agent we ship has clear boundaries: the tools it may use, the data it may see and the points where a person signs off. That keeps it useful on day one and safe to expand later.

  • Back-office operations

Invoice and order processing, data entry across systems, reconciliation and exception handling.

  • Customer support

Agents that resolve routine tickets end to end and hand complex cases to your team with the full context.

  • Sales and revenue operations

Lead research, CRM updates, meeting preparation and follow-up drafts, triggered from the tools your team already uses.

  • Research and reporting

Agents that gather information from your documents, databases and the web, then draft reports and compliance checks for review.

How we deliver

From first call to production

  1. 01

    Pick the workflow

We map one high-volume process, the systems it touches and where it goes wrong, and agree how success will be measured.

  2. 02

    Design the agent

We define its tools, permissions, memory and approval steps, then build a working prototype on your real data.

  3. 03

    Test and evaluate

We run the agent against real cases, measure accuracy and cost per task, and fix failure modes before anyone relies on it.

  4. 04

    Deploy and monitor

We put it into production with logging, alerts and dashboards, then extend it to the next workflow.

FAQ

Questions about AI agents

What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes actions: it can look up records, call APIs, fill in forms and move work between systems, following a plan it builds for each request.

How long does it take to build an AI agent?

It depends on the workflow and the systems involved. We start with a prototype on one workflow so you can judge it on real data before committing to a full build, and give you a timeline after the discovery call.

Will the agent make decisions without us?

Only where you allow it. We add approval steps for anything that spends money, contacts customers or changes important records, and log every action so you can review it.

Which AI models do you use?

We choose the model for each task, including GPT, Claude and open models such as Llama, based on accuracy, cost, speed and where your data is allowed to go.
