AI governance, safety & compliance
As AI moves from pilots into customer-facing products, the questions change: what can it say, what data can it touch and who is accountable when it's wrong. Governance answers those questions with controls you can show to customers, auditors and regulators.

What is AI governance?
AI governance is the set of policies, technical controls and documentation that decide how an organization builds, deploys and monitors AI systems. It covers what each system may do, which data it can use, how it is tested for risks such as bias or data leakage, and who is accountable for its decisions.
Where it helps
Common uses for AI governance
We combine technical safeguards inside the AI system with the policies and documentation around it, sized to your actual risk rather than a generic checklist.
LLM guardrails
Input and output filtering, topic limits and personal-data redaction for chatbots and agents.
Prompt-injection defense
Protection for agents and RAG systems that read emails, documents or web pages from outside your company.
Bias and fairness audits
Testing models that affect people, such as in hiring, lending or pricing, for unfair outcomes.
EU AI Act readiness
Risk classification, technical documentation and transparency measures for systems used in the EU.

Inventory and classify
We list your AI systems, the data they use and their risk level.
- 02
Test
We red-team for jailbreaks, prompt injection, data leakage and bias.
- 03
Put controls in place
We add guardrails, logging, human oversight and access policies where the risk calls for them.
- 04
Document and monitor
We produce model documentation and risk assessments, and set up ongoing monitoring.

FAQ
Questions about AI governance
Does the EU AI Act apply to us if we're not in the EU?
It can. The Act covers AI systems placed on the EU market or whose output is used in the EU, wherever the company is based. We help you work out which obligations apply, alongside your legal counsel.
What is prompt injection?
An attack where text in a document, email or web page tricks an AI system into ignoring its instructions, for example to leak data or take an unwanted action. It matters most for agents and RAG systems that read outside content.
Can you audit an AI system we didn't build?
Yes. We can review and test third-party or in-house systems and recommend fixes.
Do you replace our legal or compliance team?
No. We handle the technical controls and documentation and work with your legal and compliance advisers on regulatory interpretation.
